    The SF Media Supervisor provides support to the Media Buyers and Coordinators on a day to day basis. This position requires someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment. The SF Media Supervisor is primarily responsible for ensuring that the Media Coordinators are completing their day to day tasks in an accurate and timely manner as well as working with group leads in Account Services, Traffic, Invoicing and Operations to ensure all daily tasks and deadlines are being met in an efficient and quality manner


    • Media Balancing – Ensure all coordinators are focused on balancing media through the most efficient processes in an accurate and timely manner. Currently the balancing deadline is EOD Wednesday, with a goal of moving that up as early in the week as possible.  Utilize available tools to make decisions on what clients are priorities and which stations need to be processed based on those priorities.
    • Manage Media Coordinator Time Approve daily time card entry, time off and sick allocation. Ensure proper backup is available when approving time away.
    • Clearance Estimates – Coordinate, update and publish weekly clearance estimates from the buyers based on the account teams budget allocations. Look for ways to improve the process and make the information flow more efficient.  Initial estimates are published to the team by Wednesday afternoon and updated throughout the remainder of the week as budgets shift. Ensure account teams are aware of variances and specific causes when thresholds are met.
    • Management & Prioritization of Account Team Requests – Understand requests coming from the account team to ensure the coordinator staff is prioritizing work properly and meeting deadlines provided for client success.
    • Station Setups Enter approved Stations into VP and make updates to existing station data when required and asked by SF Media Director and/or Director of SF Media Operations.
    • New Hire Training – Onboard and train new coordinators so they are proficient in their weekly tasks and support for their buyer and the department as a whole.
    • Continued Training & Development – Ensure existing staff is aware of all new enhancements to support their daily tasks, as well as any information that will further develop them in their roles and help them grow with the agency. Maintain consistency in how each coordinator is handling issues across their buyers desk including; order entry rules, COD setup and importing, handling common variances with logs, and work arounds for understood VP issues.
    • Moral – Drive positive moral within the department and provide a feedback loop to the SF Media Director regarding current state of coordinator team and bring to the surface any issues or concerns as well as recognitions that may have been missed.


    • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team setting
    • Ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork
    • Ability to manage multiple projects with short timelines in a fast paced dynamic environment
    • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
    • High level of attention to detail, organization, accuracy and speed required
    • Desire and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, need to be able to work well under pressure, while maintaining accuracy and professional demeanor
    • Advanced problem solving/trouble shooting skills with aggressive decision making nature
    • Background in Performance Marketing preferred but not required
    • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, as well as database exploration, etc. 



    • 4 yr college degree, strongly preferred
