The Campaign Relations Specialist will work closely with clients and vendors, including station reps, call centers and dub houses, along with our Media and Account teams, ensuring campaign deadlines and projects are consistently met. They will be responsible for all communication, from inception to media launch, regarding production deadlines, campaign logistics, and all operational aspects.


  • Actively participate in client onboarding process, ensuring all vendor setups are completed on schedule
  • Coordinate reporting to the appropriate vendors
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with clients and Account team regarding status of media launch
  • Coordinate with stations and Media team ensuring all commercials are received at the appropriate television stations in time for media to air
  • Organize and assign phone numbers/URLs in collaboration with Account Executive
  • Collaborate with Business Development team on detailed Client Profiles regarding client demographics (ex. Simmons, MRI, etc.)
  • Evaluate and prioritize personal work load between internal and external demands
  • Manage regular tasks with minimal oversight
  • Troubleshoot workflow problems and/or delays; adapt and proactively repair


  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team setting
  • High level of attention to detail, organization, accuracy and speed required
  • Ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization (internal as well as with clients), fostering strong cross-functional teamwork
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with short timelines in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Computer literate: Excel and database exploration
  • Desire and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced Problem Solving/Trouble Shooting skills with aggressive decision making nature.
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Works well under pressure, while maintaining accuracy and professional demeanor
  • Spanish fluency a plus
