The Administrative Assistant role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and administrative support for the EVP, Media. The ideal Administrative Assistant will be a thorough and detail-oriented multi-tasker with a passion for creative, entrepreneurial environments. The Administrative Assistant will intercede with day to day needs while maintaining a professional approach and positive demeanor at all times.



  • Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality on all privileged, sensitive information
  • Maintain calendar, scheduling and appointment reminders
  • Rapid e-mailing and correspondence
  • Arrange conference calls
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations
  • Multi-tasking department needs
  • Work closely, efficiently, and effectively with other departments
  • Assisting to schedule and maintain travel arrangements (air, car, hotel) and manage changes as needed
  • Other duties as assigned


Skills / Abilities:

  • Must be extremely detail-oriented  with ability to juggle multiple projects at once
  • Personable and well-spoken
  • Must be extremely efficient, organized and resourceful
  • Must have strong follow-up skills with solid attention to detail
  • Must be a self-starter /entrepreneurial and able to function well in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with many personalities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail are essential



  • High school graduate or equivalent (GED)
  • College graduate, preferred
  • At least 5+  years of experience supporting a C-Level Executive, ideally in a creative, entrepreneurial environment
  • High proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Must be self-directed with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Polished and professional demeanor
  • Able to take direction quickly and prioritize needs of Executives
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a willingness to communicate directly with supervisor and others
  • Must be a supreme problem solver
