This position is primarily responsible for coordinating the setup of new television commercial campaigns for Havas Edge and our client’s telemarketing vendor. The individual will be processing data, analyzing and verifying campaign results on a daily basis. Additionally, this person is responsible for maintaining accurate campaign setups and client data within Edge’s proprietary media software systems.



  • Gather and organize information needs and requirements from multiple departments
  • Analyze daily reports and resolve discrepancies
  • Assist the Account Managers with daily reporting needs
  • Review/maintain existing campaigns to ensure data accuracy
  • Oversee timely reporting deliverables in a fast-paced environment
  • Use advanced Excel capabilities to create consolidated reports on demand
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as required by management


  • 1+ years prior Direct Response Marketing experience preferred but not required
  • Advanced Excel skills with proven working experience in creating macros and pivot tables
  • Experience working with call centers preferred but not required
  • Time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Data querying and aggregation skills
